Article 1: Booking

Anyone wishing to stay at DAR ARRAHA is advised to book in advance. Reservations will only be confirmed once DAR ARRAHA has given its agreement. A deposit or a credit card number is required for all reservations. The hotel contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the parties have reached agreement. Reservations made on our website become effective once the reservation fee has been debited. In the event of rejection, the hotel may cancel the reservation.
DAR ARRAHA reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date.

Article 2 : Payment

Accommodation and services are payable on the day of departure at the latest. For long-term rentals (1 week or more), bills must be paid weekly. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard. We also accept cash. A valid bank card in the customer’s name is required as a guarantee. A bank imprint is used as a guarantee.
If you are unable to provide us with a valid credit card, we will be obliged to refuse your room rental request.

Article 3 : Tourist tax

The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is in force in the commune and payable on site. Amount in force in 2024: 15 Dh or 1.5€ per person and per night.

Article 4: Reservation

In the event of modification or cancellation of a reservation, all customers are required to give 48 hours’ or 5 days’ notice, depending on the rate booked, before the date of arrival. If the customer fails to give notice within the above time limits, he/she must pay as if he/she were staying. Any rental period commenced is payable in full. Under no circumstances can late arrivals or early departures give rise to a refund. In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days (48 hours), or 5 days according to the terms of the rate booked, before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge a fee (request made by email). In the event of late cancellation or modification (less than 48 hours, or 5 days depending on the rate booked, before the arrival date), DAR ARRAHA requires 100% of the total amount of the reservation (request made by email). In the event of no-show, DAR ARRAHA requires 100% of the stay and will have the option of re-letting the room. In the event of a change during the stay, DAR ARRAHA demands 100% of the stay. Non-refundable” booking: the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking. Non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-exchangeable. DAR ARRAHA has the right to re-let a room without delay under the following conditions: Cancellation by the customer. Modification of the reservation by the customer. No-show by the customer. Error by the customer at the time of booking, concerning dates, number of rooms or type of room.

Article 5: Access to rooms, departure and arrival

All guests wishing to stay at DAR ARRAHA must identify themselves and any accompanying persons.
On arrival, unless otherwise agreed by the hotelier, the customer may not require to occupy the room before 2pm. Nightly rentals end at 12:00 no matter what time the customer arrives.
A luggage storage service allows customers to leave their luggage at DAR ARRAHA reception.
A bank imprint will be requested on arrival.
On departure, guests must hand in their room keys.

Article 7: Children and extra beds

Children and Dar Arraha: Children (-12 years) are only allowed in the establishment during school vacations. DAR ARRAHA has established these conditions to enable its customers to recharge their batteries, especially during periods outside the school vacations.
Free of charge! A child under the age of 3 stays free of charge when using available bedding. A child under 2 is charged Dh150 or €15 per night and person for the use of a baby cot (if available). Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.

Article 8: Pets

Pets are not allowed at DAR ARRAHA.

Article 9 : Groups

A reservation is considered as a group when 5 rooms or more are booked. A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be requested at the time of booking to confirm the group. In the event of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be reimbursed (excluding cancellation fees of 1000Dh or 100€). In the event of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Article 10 : Degradation

The customer must use the rented property with due care. The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are asked to report any deficiencies immediately to the hotel reception. In the event of deliberate or involuntary damage to materials, objects or furniture belonging to the hotel, DAR ARRAHA may demand full reimbursement of the damage. In the event of flooding or water damage, whether voluntary or involuntary, DAR ARRAHA may demand full reimbursement for any damage caused. DAR ARRAHA may charge a cleaning fee if the room is left in a condition deemed unsuitable. All our rooms are non-smoking. DAR ARRAHA reserves the right to charge a one-night cleaning fee to guests who smoke in their rooms. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations, the customer will be asked to leave DAR ARRAHA without being able to claim any refund. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the amount of any undeclared consumption on departure, as well as any damage to the room. This amount will be deducted from the bank imprint provided at the time of booking.

Article 11: Complaints

Any complaint concerning the quality of the services provided must be presented to DAR ARRAHA immediately.

Article 12: Mini safe

Identity papers and valuables (watches, jewelry, means of payment, etc.) must be placed in the mini safe provided, if the room has one.

Article 13 : WI-FI

Wi-Fi is available in dedicated areas. This principle reflects DAR ARRAHA’s values: disconnecting from the world to reconnect with oneself. This is a quiet, restful place, so we avoid any outside parameters that might interfere with it, such as waves.

Article 14: Forgotten items

Items left behind or abandoned by the customer will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. If the customer requests his belongings to be returned by parcel or post, this must be accompanied by a tracking number and insurance for valuable items. The items will be sent after the customer has paid the shipping costs.

Article 15 : Acceptance of rules and general conditions of sale

The hotel’s internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of DAR ARRAHA’s special conditions and house rules. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate termination of the contract.

Article 16 : Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing amicable settlement, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional.
